Welcome to JOURNAL IS ME (JIM), a space created by a bunch of college students who are lowkey obsessed with stories, news, and everything in between. We’re an organization built on curiosity, creativity, and the simple joy of sharing what we see in the world.

At JIM, we believe everyone has a story worth telling. That’s why we write about anything that sparks our interest. Campus updates, current issues, personal reflections, interviews, creative pieces, and all kinds of articles that make people think or feel something. If it’s interesting, inspiring, or a little chaotic in a good way, you’ll probably find it here.

We’re learning, growing, and writing our way through college life, one story at a time. JIM isn’t just a blog. It’s a collective voice, a community, and a place where young writers get to explore who they are through words.

A Journie is what we call every member of JIM. It’s a mix of “journal” and “journey,” because each of us is on our own path of learning, writing, and creating. A Journie is curious, bold, and always ready to turn ideas into stories. It’s not just a name, it’s a whole identity for the people who make JIM come alive.

Our Team.

We’re a crew of college kids who love chasing stories and turning them into something real. Each of us brings a different vibe, talent, and braincell energy, but together we make JIM feel alive.

Some of us report the news, some craft deep dive articles, some write stories at 3 AM for no reason, and all of us share the same passion for creating.

We’re here to learn, grow, and make cool things. That’s the team. That’s JIM.
